CultiPack 3000 / 4000

The Tume CultiPack is a new soil cultivation machine. It can be attached between a tractor and a seed drill, or it can be used independently with a tractor.

The supporting wheels of the CultiPack are free-turning. Raising the machine is not required for turning on headlands or during road transportation. Therefore, the rear axle weight of the tractor doesn't increase. However, if so wanted, the CultiPack can be easily raised up with the three-point hitch of a tractor.

The CultiPack can also be used solely as a packer. In this case, the cultivation elements are lifted up hydraulically and the soil is compacted with the wheels (for example, this may be used together with a seed drill machine in some conditions).

The dead weight of the cultivator is low. In spite of this, the cultivation elements enter soil easily because of the convex shape of the cultivation discs. If required for the cultivation of hard soil, up to 3 tons of additional weights can be mounted inside the CultiPack.

If the CultiPack is used together with a seed drill, there are some advantages compared to seed drills where the cultivator module is an integral part of the drill. The Tume drill follows the tractor easily, because the draw point is located at the rear end of the CultiPack. If cultivation or compacting the soil is not required, it takes only a couple of minutes to disconnect the CultiPack, eliminating its unnecessary transport during seeding.

The CultiPack is available in 3 m and 4 m working widths. CultiPack has a complete family of finishing attachments that evenly distribute soil and residue and provide a smooth and level seedbed.
