Beetmaster-combined seed and fertilizer drill for sugarbeets


Tume-Agri Oy produces sugarbeet drills, 12 and 18 rows. Models are suitable for sugarbeet harvesters 3 rows / 6 rows.


After the fertilizer coulter there is a pressing wheel, before the sugarbeet seeding unit Mono. The meaning if the pressing wheel is to cover the fertilizer row, and also to help the moisture of the soil to enter to sugarbeet seed. You can adjust the fertilizing depth, and naturally also the row distance of the sugarbeet rows: From 45 cm to 50 cm.


The volume of the fertilizer hopper is 2570 litres. The transportation width of the fertilizer unit is below 3 metres, but the transport width of the sugarbeet seeding frame is 4,2 metres (in the reason of big working width: for ex. Row distance 50 cm, 18 rows = 9 metres!).
